Jonathan Safron Foer has been praised for his beautiful and inventive works of fiction. However, his recently published book Eating Animals explores the ethics of food and the factory farming system in the United States. In this interview he discusses Eating Animals as well as his fiction and where he thinks literature is heading in the future.
